Humanistic & Integrative Psychotherapist

IAHIP Accredited I ICP Registered I Master's Degree in Psychotherapy.

My Approach

I offer psychotherapy in English and Spanish for adults and couples, both online and in person in Dublin.

My approach is relational, collaborative and tailored to the individual or couple.

I believe there is no single way of understanding people or their difficulties. Together, we can explore what is happening in your life, relationships and sense of self, and work towards change that feels meaningful and realistic for you.

Drawing on humanistic and integrative approaches, I aim to offer a therapeutic space that feels genuine, thoughtful and responsive.

Relationships bring together two people with different histories, needs and expectations. Therapy can provide a space for understanding those differences and negotiating a way forward together.

About Me

I am a humanistic and integrative psychotherapist, holding a Master's degree in Psychotherapy and a Higher Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy. My work with couples is informed by additional specialist training and extensive supervised clinical experience in relationship therapy. I am an accredited member of IAHIP and a registered psychotherapist with the ICP and bring nearly twenty years of experience supporting adults, young people and families across educational, community and multidisciplinary settings.

Before training as a psychotherapist, I worked in teaching, mentoring and student support roles, often alongside psychologists, counsellors and other professionals. Over the years, I have supported people through a wide range of challenges, including loss, trauma, significant life transitions and times of emotional distress. These experiences continue to shape the way I think about resilience, identity and relationships.

At the heart of my work is a genuine interest in how people make sense of themselves, their relationships and the world around them. My academic background in sociology, together with living and working across Ireland, the UK and South America, deepened that interest and continues to inform the way I approach psychotherapy today.
